Seven O’Clock (세븐어클락) es el primer grupo de STARO Entertainment y uno de los grupos rookies masculinos que ha debutado en 2017. El 16 de marzo de 2017 salía su primer trabajo, Butterfly Effect, un mini álbum compuesto por cuatro temas, y cuya canción principal es ECHO (시계바늘), una canción con un ritmo marcado descrito como “house tropical”. What is the meaning of your name as band? Why Seven O'Clock?
Seven O'Clock significa que queremos hacer feliz a la gente entre las siete de la mañana y las siete de la tarde. Por eso nos llamamos "Seven O'Clock".
Seven O'Clock which means Start the day at 7AM and Finish the day at 7PM we want to give happiness to many people that time. So we made the name "Seven O'Clock"
¿Qué queréis mostrar como grupo? ¿Cuáles son vuestras aspiraciones y objetivos?
What do you want to show as band? What is your aspirations and goals as a group?
Debutamos en marzo, y todavía es muy poco tiempo, pero queremos mostrar diferentes conceptos a los fans. Por ejemplo, queremos mostrar la libertdad y la confianza de Seven O'Clock.
Nuestra aspiración.... Todo nuevo artista quiere conseguir el primer puesto en los programas musicales de este año y el premio a Mejor Nuevo Artista. A eso apuntamos. Y esperamos que después la gente de todo el mundo pueda disfrutar de las canciones de Seven O'Clock.
We were debut on March it is quite short time but we want to showing many different of concept to Fans. For example, we would like to show the freedom and confidence of Seven O' Clock.
Aspiration : Every New Artist want to get award from First place in music broadcasting this year and Best New Artist. We will aim it. And we hope that people around the world can enjoy Seven O' Clock songs later.
¿Desde cuándo mostráis interés en la música? ¿Os ha costado mucho tiempo conseguir este sueño?
Since when are you interested in music? Has it been a long way to make real this dream?
- A-day: Cuando era niño, mi familia iba muy a menudo al karaoke. Me interesé en la música de forma natural. He estado preparándome durante cuatro años, y mis padres se oponían al principio, pero ahora no. Confían en mí más que nadie.
- A-day : When I was child our family going to Karaoke very often. I became interested music naturally. While I was preparing for four years, my parents initially opposed me but now They trust me more than anyone.

- Jeong Gyu: Entré en la banda del colegio y me interesé por la música. Realmente quería ser cantante y siempre pensaba "Puedo hacerlo". No creo que haya pasado mucho tiempo hasta que se ha hecho realidad.
- Jeong Gyu : I joined the school band in my middle school and became interested in music. I really wanted to be a singer and I always thinking "I can do it". I don't thought it took so long to become a reality.
- VAAN: Desde que era pequeño he escuchado muchísima música con mi hermana mayor. Gracias a eso me gusta la música. Más que un largo camino, eligo mi camino. Si pienso que es largo, lo es, pero si pienso que ha sido corto, parece un camino corto.
- VAAN: Since I was a kid, I listened to lots of music with my older sister. After that I liked music. Rather than a long way, I was choose my way. If I think long is long but if I think short It seems to be a short way.
- Young Hoon: Mi primera audición fue cuando estaba en primaria. Han pasado casi siete años para que mi sueño se convierta en realidad. Ha sido un largo camino, pero creo que ha valido la pena.
- Young Hoon : My first auditioned is when I was in elementary school. It took almost seven years for my dream to become a reality. It was a long way but I think It was worth the time.
- Tae Young: Siempre me ha gustado cantar, desde que estaba en primaria. Cuando pasé al instituto, les dije a mis padres. "Quiero ser cantante". Practiqué duro y finalmente, hice mi debut con Seven O'Clock.
- Tae Young : I've always liked singing since elementary school. when I was in high school I told my parents "I want to be a singer". And I practice hard finally I made my debut with Seven O' Clock.
¿Habéis elegido vosotros vuestros nombres artísticos? ¿Hay alguna historia detrás de cada nombre?
Have you chosen your stage names? Is there a story behind each name?
- A-day: Lo elegí yo mismo. Tenía varias ideas. Un día por la mañana, pensé en este nombre cuando estaba comiendo sopa de pastel de arroz de mi madre.
- A-day : I made name myself. There were many things. One day morning I suddenly thought when I was eating the rice cake soup made from my mother.
- Hyun: Los miembros y los trabajadores de la compañía me llamaban “Hyun-ah Hyun-ah". Así que 'Hyun' parecía ser mi nombre real. Así que debuté como 'Hyun'.
- Hyun : The usual members and company officials called me “Hyun-ah Hyun-ah" this way. Later, the name 'Hyun' became felt like my real name. So I made my debut as 'Hyun'.

¿Y el nombre de vuestros fans? ¿Por qué elegisteis ROSE?
And about the fans name? Why do you chose ROSE for them?
Hemos votado para el club de fans y el fan cafe, por recomendación de los propios fans. Así que lo hicimos. El resultado de la votación fue "Rose", que significa "Romance Of SEven o'clock". Todo el mundo cree que es muy bonito.
We voted for fan club and fan cafe by recommendation from fans. Of course we also did. The result of the vote was "Rose," which means "Romance Of Seven o'clock". Everyone think it is very pretty.

Sí, es un gran peso. Pero parece que trabajamos más duro y de buena manera debido a ese peso. Y sí, estamos orgullosos de ello.
Yes It was quite burden. But I seem to be able to work harder be good way because of the burden. Yes we are (proud of that).
Habéis debutado con vuestro primer mini álbum "Butterfly Effect" y con vuestra canción "ECO". ¿Qué es lo que más os gusta de este primer álbum y de vuestro tema debut?

En primer lugar, nos gusta el diseño del álbum. Su aspecto le ha dado a nuestra imagen mayor impacto. Así que nos gusta. De la canción "Echo", la parte de "oh oh" es pegadiza, y la coreografía causa impresión.
Firstly, We like album Design. Because the atmosphere that gave our image more impact. So we like it. The debut song "Echo" to "oh oh" part is addictive, and choreography is also very impressive.

Cada miembro tiene una dsitinta. Para A-day y Jeong Gyu es "Echo", VAAN prefiere "Halley", para Tae Young es "Time Machine", y a Young Hoon y Hyun les gusta más "그래 그랬어".
Each member is different. A-day and Jeong Gyu is "Echo", VAAN is "Halley", Tae Young is "Time Machine", Young Hoon and Hyun like "그래 그랬어" most.

A-day: Solía escribir canciones para cantar en solitario, pero por primera vez he escrito canciones para nuestro grupo. La asignación de partes ha sido un poco difícil. E hice muchas correciones porque iba pensando en una melodía mejor en el proceso de arreglo, y era difícil cambiar la letra al cambiar la melodía en el acto. Los miembros también han sufrido por ese cambio frecuente en la melodía. Realmente les doy las gracias a los miembros.
A-day: I used to write songs that would be singing alone, but for the first time I wrote songs for our group. Actually part allocation was a little difficult. And I made a lot of corrections because I thought of a better melody in the arranging process, and it was difficult to edit the lyrics on the changed melody on the spot. Cada uno, tenemos diferentes ideas y estilos musicales, pero queremos afrontar cualquier tipo de musica que encaje con la imagen de Seven O'Clock. Por supuesto, estamos seguros en todos los géneros ¡y podemos hacerlo!
We have a different Idea and different of music style each, but we would like to challenge any music that matches the image of Seven O'Clock. Of course, all genres are confident and we can do it!
La coreografía de "ECHO" es potente, como hemos podido ver en vuestras actuaciones. ¿Quién se ha encargado de realizarla? ¿Ha sido difícil aprenderla?
You have a powerful choreography in "ECHO" as we have seen in all your stages, Who is in charge of the dance? Was the choreography hard to learn?
A-day se ha encargado de la coreografía porque es el mejor bailarín del grupo. La coreografía de "ECHO" era difícil y cambiaba mucho. Creemos que ha sido difícil de practicar.
A-day is in charge of choreography because it's the best dance in the team. "ECHO" choreography was difficult and the choreography was changed a lot. So we thought very hard to practice.

Jeong Gyu toca la guitarra. Cuando la 97Line (compuesta por Hyun, Jeonggyu y Younghoon, ya que todos nacieron en 1997) cantaban en Youtube, Jeong Gyu también tocaba la guitarra. Y si tiene la oportunidad, dice que quiere mostrarlo a los fans.
Jeong Gyu is play the guitar. When the 97Line(because Hyun, Jeonggyu and Younghoon was born 1997, They nemed 97Line) was singing from Youtube, Jeong Gyu also played guitar as well. And if he have a chance he said he want to show to Fans.

VAAN can play piano. he have learned from his sister when he was a child. So you can feeling more the delicacy when he playing the piano
¿Hay algún artista internacional o coreano al que respetáis?
Do you have any korean or international artist that you respect and follow?
A-day: Me gustan mucho Giriboy y Sik-K, y también The Weeknd y Frank Ocean.
A-day: I like Giri Boy and Sik-k very much in Korea also I like The Weeknd and Frank Ocean.
¿Qué país os gustaría visitar y por qué?
Which country would you like to visit and why?
Nos encantaría visitar España. Queremos ver fútbol y disfrutar en "La Tomatina" (festival celebrado en Buñol, Valencia). También queremos visitar la Plaza España de Madrid y la Sagrada Familia (Barcelona). Hemos oído que la gente en España es muy apasionada. Si haceos un concierto en España, queremos conocer a Roses apasionadas.
We really want to go to Spain. We want to watching football and enjoy Tomato Festival. Also we want to visit Madrid Spain Square, Sagrada Familia. Especially, We hear that Spain people very passionate. If we do concert in Spain we really want to meet the passionate Spanish Rose.
¿Qué se siente al saber que hay tantos fans internacionales que apoyan vuestra música?
What do you feel to know that there are a lot of international fans who support your music?
