Las chicas de H.U.B 허브 debutaban en Febrero de 2017 con su single Girl Gang y tras haber publicado un single pre-debut creado por sus integrantes. Tras la publicación de su segundo single en Junio de 2017, dos de sus integrantes participaban en The Unit, de KBS, y MIXNINE, de jTBC, buscando un mayor reconocimiento.
Tras el paso de las chicas por ambos programas de supervivencia llegó el cambio al grupo y es que en 2018, H.U.B regresaba a los escenarios con un cambio de formación. Gracie, Yuem y Keina dejaban H.U.B, y las chicas regresaban como un grupo de cinco integrantes tras la incorporación de Yeh In, Che Hee y Seo Reong.
En esta nueva etapa, las chicas parecen haber encontrado su estilo tras el éxito de FINALE y en BA NA NA hemos podido hablar con H.U.B sobre sus inicios, sus proyectos de futuro y sus fans.

- ¿Cuál es el significado de H.U.B y qué significa para vosotras?
- What does H.U.B mean? And what does it mean to you?
H.U.B Hope U Bounce!! Significa que queremos hacer música para poder difundirla, que la escuche todo el mundo y con la que poder divertirse a su ritmo. H.U.B es un grupo donde todas nuestras integrantes deben unirse en un solo lugar, por lo que nuestra existencia en ese sitio es importante para nosotras.
H.U.B Hope U Bounce !!! We want to make our music widely known to the public, listen to it together, make rhythm, and play music! H.U.B. is a team where all of our members have to come together in one place, so we think it's meaningful for us to be there.
- ¿Desde cuándo sentís interés por la música?
- Since when are you interested in music?
- Rui: Comencé a sentirme interesada por ella cuando era pequeña.
- Hyosun: Cuando era pequeña empezó a gustarme bailar, así que así fue cómo sentí interés por la música.
- Seo Ryeong: Cuando era pequeña, viendo la actuación de Number One de BoA.
- Che Hee: De pequeña mi abuelo me llevaba al karaoke, desde entonces pensé en convertirme en cantante.
- Yeh In: De pequeña mi padre, como fan de LP, todas las mañanas encendía la música, así que, naturalmente, mis oídos se acostumbraron a ella.
- Rui: I started to get interested in music when I was young!
- Hyosun: I became interested in dancing since I was young, and I became interested in music.
- Seo Ryeong: I've been interested in K-pop since I saw BoA's number one performance when I was young!^-^
- Che Hee: When I was young, my grandfather took me to a karaoke room and I thought I should be a singer since then.
- Yeh In: When I was young, my dad played me music on LP every morning, and that's why I naturally opened my ears to music.
- H.U.B tiene muchos talentos y nos ha sorprendido con muchos conceptos y ritmos diferentes. ¿Hay algún género musical o concepto que os gustaría hacer en el futuro o que os gustaría repetir?
- H.U.B has a lot of talents, and there are many different concepts and it was really amazing. Do you have any musical genre or concept that you would like to try in the future?
Podemos cantar todo tipo de géneros con nuestro propio estilo. En un futuro, queremos llegar a hacer el nuestro propio. Por favor, ¡apoyadnos!

- Acabáis de conquistarnos con el tema 피날레 (FINALE), un tema que nos ha gustado mucho. ¿Qué es lo que más os gusta de este tema?

Como somos diferentes a otros grupos idols y tenemos otro tipo de estilo de canción y concepto, creemos que eso es lo que nos hace destacar.
There was a different style of song and concept (costume, barefoot) than other idol groups, and it seemed that this is what makes us stand out.
- Este año 2018 hemos visto a dos de las integrantes en programas de supervivencia. ¿Qué enseñanzas o consejos os lleváis de esa etapa de vuestras vidas?

Realizando el programa de supervivencia hemos llegado a aprender unos de otros un importante trabajo en equipo.
As we went on a survival program, we learned how to work in a team that we can depend on each other and realize their importance.
- Encima del escenario os veis siempre llenas de fuerza bailando y cantando. Pero, ¿Cuál es vuestra canción favorita de H.U.B a la hora de actuar? ¿Con cual os sentís más identificadas o seguras?
- You see always full of strength dancing and singing. But, what is your favorite song of H.U.B at the time of acting? With which do you feel more identified or safe?
En 2018 se han unido 3 nuevas integrantes: Yeh In, Che Hee y Seo Reong. Por primera vez hemos podido actuar todas juntas con nuestra canción ‘피날레’ (FINALE). Con tanta práctica hemos conseguido ese efecto entre nosotras y por eso tenemos más estabilidad que con otras canciones.
Since we've added new members Ye-In, Che-hee and Seo-ryeong in 2018, we've all been performing ‘피날레’ (FINALE). together for the first time. We've practiced that much and we're very attached to this song. So we think it's more stable than other songs.
- Si tuvierais que describir a H.U.B y sus integrantes con una palabra, ¿cuál sería y por qué?
- If you had to describe H.U.B and its members with one word, what would it be and why?
Camaleón. ¿Por qué? El camaleón es un animal que puede cambiar el color de su cuerpo. Nosotras también, todas nosotras hemos mostrado varios colores pero todavía no hemos podido llegar a mostrar todos nuestros encantos.
Chameleons. Why? The chameleon has many colors on its body. H.U.B. members have many different colors. There are a lot of charms that we haven't shown you yet!
- 2018 acaba de terminar, ¿Qué ha sido lo mejor de este año? ¿Qué podemos esperar de H.U.B en el 2019?
- 2018 has just finished, what has been the best of this year? What can we expect from H.U.B in 2019?
En primer lugar el lanzamiento de nuestro álbum FINALE. Además, siempre habíamos celebrado mini-fanmeeting y por primera vez este año tuvimos nuestro primer fanmeeting. En 2019 tendremos muchas más actividades y oportunidades para ver a nuestros fans. Por favor esperadlo con ganas.
First place was the release of our finale album. And we always had short mini fan meetings. This year, we had our first fan meeting.

- ¿Cuál es vuestro objetivo o sueño como H.U.B?
- What is your goal or dream as H.U.B?
Queremos que la gente de cualquier sitio conozca a H.U.B aunque sea una vez y conseguir el número 1 en los rankings. Además, que tengamos una canción que nos represente.
We want people from anywhere to know H.U.B even once and get number 1 in the rankings. Also, that we have a song that represents us.
- ¿Qué artista coreano o internacional es vuestro ejemplo a seguir?
Do you have a Korean artist or an overseas artist who is making a role model? Who is it?

- Además de tener fans en Corea, tenéis muchos fans internacionales que os apoyan día a día. ¿Qué se siente al recibir tanto cariño y apoyo? ¿Os esperabais este éxito internacional?
- Overseas fans like your music and have great support every day. What do you think about this? Did you expect the support of such overseas fans?
Siempre que vamos a conciertos al extranjero presentamos nuestra canción ‘미친듯이’ (FINALE), esta canción les gusta mucho más a los fans extranjeros que a los fans coreanos.
Viendo esto llegamos a comprender que nuestro estilo de música es el que más le gusta a los fans extranjeros y sabiendo esto nos hemos preparado con ímpetu en nuestra canción 피날레.
Nos sorprendió muchísimo que nuestro comeback llegase a fans extranjeros. En el futuro, os sorprenderemos más con nuestro estilo más inesperado.
Whenever we go to an overseas concert, we always sing our song ‘미친듯이’ (FINALE). The fans in other countries liked the song more than our Korean fans.
From that point of view, we realized that our music style is the style that our overseas fans like. We prepared ‘미친듯이’ (FINALE) very hard.
We were surprised to hear that our comeback came to overseas fans. We'll surprise you with our style that's even more unexpected.
- ¿Podéis enviarle un mensaje a vuestros fans en España?

A los fans internacionales que nos han dado amor y han tenido interés en vernos, nos han hecho muy alegres y felices.
Haremos muchas más canciones y si tenemos la oportunidad queremos ir a España a hacer un concierto. No olvidaremos el amor que nos dais.
